SLEEPING AREA:
The apartment offers 2 spacious and bright bedrooms, both with comfortable furnishings to accommodate all your luggage.
In the first one there is a Queen-size double bed while in the second one 2 single beds.
Each room is equipped with sheets and blankets to ensure high comfort

LIVING AREA:
The living room is large and welcoming, with a sofa bed perfect for 2 additional guests.
There is also a 4K Ultra HD TV, Smart TV with Netflix, Prime, Disney +, Tim Vision, YouTube and other streaming apps, as well as fast Wi-Fi for every need.

KITCHEN:
The kitchen is complete, modern and equipped with everything you need to cook like at home: stove, refrigerator, dishwasher, oven, microwave, dishes and utensils. In addition, there is a Nespresso coffee machine with assorted capsules and teas to satisfy every taste.


BATHROOM:
The bathroom is modern and offers a spacious shower cabin, hairdryer, mirror, sink, toilet and bidet.
Towels of various sizes and a Welcome Kit with free shampoo and shower gel are available.

OUTDOOR AREA:
Thanks to a large terrace it is possible to enjoy breakfasts or dinners in complete relax overlooking the greenery and the swimming pool.

The residence's swimming pool is accessible to residents and our guest.

ATTENTION: the photos of the interiors in the advert tells the style with which we furnish all our apartments and will also be the result of this renovation. You can arrive comfortably by car and park in the residence's parking lot.


There are no traffic problems or difficulties in finding a place, making your arrival simple and stress-free.

To access the apartment, you will only need to climb two flights of stairs, as the accommodation is located on the first floor.

The entrance is practical and easily accessible, ensuring comfortable access for all guests.

Once the online check-in is completed, you will receive the information to access the apartment from 3:00 pm on the day of arrival until 10:00 am on the day of departure.
