"Friendly helpful staff and great breakfast. Hotel is in a good location near to the lake. Our hotel room was a little dated and the shower leaked a lot on the bathroom floor. Worth paying for a room upgrade and staying in the new part of the hotel."

"This was a perfect hotel for our stay, Nothing during our stay was to much trouble for the staff with them going the extra mile to accommodate my son's milk allergy for breakfast by arrange for him to have his own freshly baked croissants and chocolate tart. The larger swimming pool at the front of the hotel was lovely and was the perfect blend of there always being sunbeds available no matter what the time of day. If you want to venture away from the hotel the town and local ferry port are only a short 5-10 minute walk away. Anyone thinking of staying at this hotel won't be disappointed."

"We had a wonderful five nights, staying in two rooms as a family. We had views of the lake from our rooms; the highlight was eating breakfast with wonderful views. The staff were very helpful - my son and I were able to play tennis at the local club which was fun! The bar was lovely in the evenings, with pool and table football available. The hotel was exceptionally clean and comfortable, and it was ideally located for the beach, shops and a fabulous choice of restaurants. I highly recommend this accommodation!"

"The staff were all amazing, really nice and very helpful. The buffet breakfast was great with lots of options. Our rooms got remade everyday and the cleaners were lovely."

"The staff was friendly and helpful. The restaurant and bar was excellent and that staff also made us welcome. The room was clean. The location is overlooking the lake and has easy access to the lakefront promenade. It’s about a five minute walk to the center of the city and the ferry terminals. Regarding ferries we do recommend checking departure times with ticket agents. The schedules don’t always match. This is not related to the hotel. We woukd stay here again."
