"Really nice private pool area. Buffet food is great, not fussy eaters and we liked it a lot. Coyld improve on dressed table availability....but did not bother me as on holiday so not in a rush. One thing is the fresh orange juice could be available maybe ....if too difficult then offer it to vip customer at private pool. Other wise beautiful hotel....staff are all here to help and hard working. Really good evening shows....fabulous dancers. "

"There is discrimination in treatment between foreigners and egyptions, ex. St the pool bar My wife requested one mug to make moka from machine and the waiter ignored for 15 min. But obe a foreigner requested immediately broght to her. Will not repeat this ezperience ot recommend to a friend"

"The hotel and all is facilities area amazing. The beach area is huge and there are so many pools to enjoy. The sea and jetty for snorkeling is very safe and lifeguards are always on duty. Amazing fishes swim around you, even in the shallows . Highly recommend this place. Kareem, our room caretaker was brilliant and went above and beyond . Absolute gem of a guy! Abu bakr, Mo Salah and Fadhal at the beach were also fantastic, always taking care of you with cold drinks and anything else you need....
