Even before our arrival, they were always very prompt in replying to emails, and answering questions. Every single staff we interacted with, from check-in to check-out, were always friendly, professional and in some instances, went above and beyond in helping us figure out our after hours car rental return. The handwritten welcome note, and complimentary bottle of wine in our suite was personalized and impressive. Every cocktail was delectable, every meal was delicious. The room, the entire property, everything was spotless and very well maintained. We can't wait to return. This was the perfect place for some well needed R&R."

"This is a unique property in the middle of the Caldieras around Furnas. the hotel itself is elegant, the staff welcoming and the property grounds are extraordinary. There is a thermal pool on the property which many people visit for a dip in the waters, uests have robes and slippers to use since the water discolors clothing due to the iron in the water. There are incredible gardens through which guests can walk for hours. Many tour companies bring visitors to the gardens. This place was a slice of heaven. Bountiful full breakfast was included. Would highly recommend"
