"The resort is beautiful and well maintained. There were numerous issues with our room when we first checked in, so they moved us to a slightly larger room with a better view. They called to check up on us a couple times to make sure everything was ok. The room was lovely and luxurious. The only signs of wear are some carpet stains in the hallways. The food is great but incredibly expensive. Most things were incredibly expensive at the resort- just buying sunscreen broke the budget. We loved the pools and other resort experiences. We loved our excursion arranged by the resort. We weren’t planning on leaving the resort to shop but it was so expensive that we ended up going to the straw market downtown instead. The resort grounds are beautiful. The beach is lovely but small for the amount of guests, so it felt a bit crowded. Definitely recommend renting a daybed to guarantee a comfortable seat. It was a fun, beautiful place. We will be financially recovering for a while."

"Most staff are really nice and helpful. However , the man that check us in had horrible attitude. He hated everyone coming in . A lot of us forget that we need to pay the rest up front but we just needed clarification. That’s it . This place is definitely for younger crowds because I personally enjoyed quiet time . You can’t find that around the hotel"

To my surprise, I actually received some additional perks by booking through Expedia like $50 food credit, drink coupons and more. I highly recommend this property considering that you get access to Atlantis daily great way to save money while having a five star vacation."
