"We had a nice stay, staff were friendly and helpful, but the room was very dated and tired, it has the makings of a nice hotel once it’s been modernised. Overall, location and the staff 5 out of 5 "

"Stayed here for a couple of nights of concerts at Wembley Arena, great and convenient location with lots around. However, our trip started bad before it even started, having had a message from the property stating they couldn’t find our booking on their system. We called 4-5 different numbers, some not even connecting, until we eventually got through to a person who did not want to help us, and told us to call back in 10 minutes to speak to someone else. Also had a nightmare speaking via the messaging system on expedia with the property, and couldn’t get a straight answer from anyone for a couple of hours whilst stressing as we were due to stay in less than 24 hours. We eventually spoke to a few people, all of which gave us completely different booking references to provide, before telling us our booking was fine and confirmed. Luckily, when we got to the hotel our check-in was fine. Room is average and just what you need for a (slightly uncomfortable) place to sleep, although poorly decorated and equipped. The floor felt super dirty, and the shower floor/plug was visibility dirty and blocked, with cleanliness in other parts of the room seemingly being overlooked. The bed was uncomfortable with the mattress being very hard. There is no kettle/coffee etc in the rooms, just a small section by reception with a water fountain producing both hot and cold water, and some sachets. No mini fridge, hair dryer, iron, safe or toiletries. Room got quite hot, but a fan was provided."

"The 2 female reception staff were very helpful and polite, but that’s where all the positives end. The toilet seat had pubic hair on it and the toilet seat hinges had congealed urine stains. The shower temperature control knob was so stiff that I had to use a towel to give me greater grip to adjust the water temperature. The “free inclusive” breakfast was probably “free” for a reason. The croissants were quite dry and definitely not fresh. Someone had tried to soften the butter parcels but in so doing, leaked half of the melted butter. The scrambled egg tasted awful and the egg was still raw and very undercooked. The fruits in the very small fruit bowl did not look fresh. The male reception staff in the morning claimed not to know how to operate the coffee machine when asked for an Americano and claimed that they didn’t have Baileys until I pointed out to him on the bar shelf. He wa a complete contrast to the very nice and helpful female staff on duty the previous afternoon. I’m quite baffled how the hotel attained a “Good” rating?Would I go back? No prizes for guessing my answer!"

"Excellent location for access to OVO Arena Wembley. Only 1 min walk. Designer Outlet, restaurants and supermarkets nearby. A lot of choices. Clean room. Nice swimming pool. Breakfast was good. Nice staff."
