"Good"

"The property is a heritage building restored to perfection. The location is excellent, in the middle of old San Juan. The restaurant was excellent. There is smallish rooftop pool with a separate Jacuzzi. The pool side serves free coffee and hot water in the mornings and wine and cheese in the afternoons. The property itself is gorgeous and restored to perfection. Would love to come back and stay again. "

"I saw a lot of negative reviews but my experience was a total opposite, I got the room that I booked and it has a good view of the ocean. I stayed at the reef and everything was perfect. We enjoyed our stay.the kids enjoyed the water park."

"Staff was attentive and helpful, from the front desk to the bellman to the restaurant. The grounds are beautiful, and the rooms were spacious. The live singer at the Tavern on Thursday was amazing and made our experience so much fun. Food at all the restaurants were good"

"A block off the beach! Hotel facilities good, clean, kinda what you would expect, No bad surprises. The beach is beautiful, with an area for the hotel’s guests. There is an awesome chocolate shop just off hotel’s lobby. I’ll be back to stay at Condado Palm in autumn. A "
