"Fantastic stay at the Lansdowne. We were here on a girls trip and the Oakey cottage was a perfect home base! Easy parking right in front, 5 minute leisurely walk from shops and restaurants was amazing. Breakfast every morning was fantastic and the manager was always there kind and cheery greeting us in the morning which we enjoyed. We had a fantastic time and will definitely return in the future! "Overpriced & incorrectly advertised. Service incredibly slow, evening meal took well over an hour to arrive. Breakfast was wrong twice and completely overcooked. Contractors started working right outside my window at 0830 - would have been nice to get some warning or a reduction on bill."

"Beautiful setting Hotel was lovely, we stayed in the little cottages and we couldn’t fault it. Nice and clean. Well presented. Had all that we needed. Having the 2 separate rooms upstairs and downstairs was great for when we put our little boy down to bed. Breakfast was amazing too. 5* all around definitely would recommend and would want to stay again"
