STAYED FOR ONE NIGHT. FOUND OUR ROOM VERY CLEAN AND COMFORTABLE ( A LITTLE PROBLEM WITH ROAD TRAFFIC BUT NOT TOO DISCONCERTING ) THE STAFF THAT WE HAD CONTACT WITH WERE VERY FRIENDLY AND HELPFUL, " ESPECIALLY THE RECEPTION PEOPLE " THE FOOD WAS FIRST CLASS, VERY FAST DELIVERY, AND AN EXCELLENT SELECTION. OVERALL A HOTEL THAT WE WOULD FREQUENT IF WE ARE IN THAT AREA AGAIN

We checked in online from Faro airport and arrived at the hotel at a busy time around 5.30pm that evening.We parked in the free underground car park, check in was fast, efficient and friendly. I inquired about the possibility of a sea view and was given a free upgrade to an executive room overlooking the pier/bay area.....fantastic!!!
