"This property was great! Location is convenient to Playhouse Square and other Cleveland sites. Bars and restaurants are close by. The staff at the hotel are very helpful. The bar and restaurant in the hotel is convenient and actually very good. I can't think of one negative thing to say about this hotel."

My only gripe is that it was a very hot day and it seemed like the room didn’t get cool enough to our satisfaction (I understand that others may find it satisfactory) for quite awhile.
