"Staff was awesome! Went over and beyond to help us get aquatinted with the property and tell us about the area. My friend and I came out this way for a girls night and was hoping for some time in the hot tub and just relax, but do to a large family and a party unfortunately they were in the pool all evening being loud. So I would say the only down fall was that other guest was taking up the pool and were very inconsiderate of other guest. But again, staff was great, and most importantly the place was clean, so you got to take the good with the bad. I guess we just picked a bad weekend to come. "

"The room was so nice and the staff was so nice. Especially Zoe at the front desk. She was very personable and she helped make the trip pleasant. I also want to thank the kind people at the snack center. This was our first time at this hotel and they explained everything perfect. The snack appetizer is misleading. It was like a dinner, at least it was for me. I hope to visit your hotels soon and I know it will be a great stay. Thank you."
