"First and foremost, the desk clerk, Glen, was absolutely wonderful. Very understanding and patient. He upgraded our room to an interior entrance to make us feel safe, but... the first room smelled musty and the heater was extremely loud, so he moved us, but... The heater did not work and baby roaches were all over the nightstand. We did not even set our suitcases down before walking out! We were able to get a refund and in the future I will do more research before booking a room! "

"We were looking for a place to stay while in town for our daughter's baby shower. We wanted something in a quiet neighborhood, close to everything. The house was nicely laid out, clean and had all the amenities listed. Comfy beds and furnishings. Awesome water pressure in the showers!!! Great communication from host on entry and checkout information. Would love to stay again the next time we are in town!!"
