"The hotel is about 5 mins walk to a main bus depot or about 10 mins walk to MTR (Tsim Shui Tsui East). Not too far but a bit of a challenge given humidity in April when we travelled. Decent places to eat nearby though maybe a bit more pricey compared to other places like Mongkok given the location. The hotel itself had top notch service and we were always greeted by friendly staff who offered to assist my family. They even helped celebrate my child and wife’s birthday with a cake and card which...

"It was extremely cold in the room and the thermostat didn’t seem to work, so I just turned it off. Cold most of the night. The hotel was very hard to find, there should be instructions on the main page of how to get there. There were plenty of bars I had to walk through during there prime time to find the place. A few bouncers were nice enough to navigate us to the small door for the hotel. I was traveling with an 11 year old child."
