"I love staying at Brown. This is my third visit. The staff is very kind to me and always willing to go the extra mile. The area is perfect. I enjoy walking around the neighborhood. There are pharmacies, restaurants and malls in the surrounding area. I feel very safe. I am looking forward to staying at Brown again. "Считаю это лучший отель в Алмата, современный, чистый, уютный, все по высшему стандарту. Завтраки просто потрясающие - я никогда не видел нигде в других отелях любой категории, даже 10% от стандарта Новотель. Особо вежливый и профессиональный персонал. Высокая безопасность и в самом центре где удобно гулять. Сотрудники любезно повысили бесплатно категорию номера, предоставив комнату с шикарным видом на весь город на 9 этаже. За счет повышения категории я сэкономил более 1000 долларов, чему был очень рад. Рекомендую от души. "
