"Everything was fine and very safe place"

"I really wasn't fond of our family room. I thought the pictures looked better and spacious. We had thin blankets that were not comfortable to sleep in (I am a person who gets cold easily). I really didn’t like that our room had one window looking inside toward the hall, it made the room look dark. The only trash can we had was in the bathroom, which I felt was inconvenient. Also the bathroom door had to be opened to let air in, which made the room have less space. The bathroom didn’t have anywhere to put our toiletries. The room didn’t have drawers or closet to store our clothes in. I like the antique aspect of the hotel. It is clean and nice looking. I also really like the convenience of having the restaurant and swimming pool. The restaurant is nice and has good food. It is a small hotel, but overall was good to stay in, for a night of arrival or departure. I would stay here again for a day, no more than two. It has some inconveniences that I think are fixable. Overall a good hotel to stay in."

"The airport shuttle picked us up promptly, and the hotel is conveniently located just a few minutes away. The property is small and charming, with rooms situated either near the parking lot and pool area or on the second floor. Everything was exceptionally clean, and the rooms were well stocked with plenty of towels and essential amenities. The front desk staff were warm, courteous and attentive throughout our stay. One of our rooms faced the highway, so there was some traffic noise, but otherwise the experience was very comfortable. Breakfast was very good, with eggs and a variety of accompaniments. Overall, the hotel offers many of the comforts and personalized service of a small hotel property, maintaining an unpretentious atmosphere. The pool was very nice, well maintained and refreshing for a morning swim before departing."

"Outdated and dirty is the best away to describe this Hotel. The potential is there, but it's as if they don't care. First you pull in and see an overgrown parking lot not very kept. The check in is in an in air-condition less lobby. On the way to the rooms you go through the hallway which could use a paint job and a moping. Once you make it to the room and you get inside you are met with the smell of sewage which they try to mask it with air fresheners in the bathroom. However, the room is clean and tidy. Once you get outside you see the roof cover with traps and missing tiles. The pools could be cleaned as they are murky and dirty. The game room is worn down and dirty. All the machines seem really old and broken. When you go make sure they are not holding any events because they will block you from the use of the resort, they pushed all the guests to the upstairs seating area for dinner while the event they were hosting could use the resort . They used yellow caution tape to keep us out of areas we had paid to use. When I went to complain they would just bring out random employees saying they were the owner. When the manager stood there and I pressed them the front desk guy said I asked the wrong question. Truly sad, this place could be something nice but it's almost as if they don't try. The pool bartender was only helping one 1 because they were streaming and he thought they were more important. The romantic dinner I paid for in advance was completely forgotten"
