"When we arrived, the hotel was cleaning every single air-conditioning unit in the hotel for the guest rooms. I appreciate that they take time to clean out the air-conditioning systems, but we had to wait for our room to be ready because we had no air conditioner in our room. Also, I think that water bottles should be offered upon arrival for the guests in addition the in on Barron Creek is becoming a little rundown as far as guestroom decor goes. I love this hotel and we always enjoy staying here but it could use a little work."

"Excellent breakfast, well staffed and bacon! Nice clean room with extra bath towels. Surprisingly nice with good parking.. Relatively easy to get to San Antonio Street restaurants nearby as well as Adams street. Easy access to Kerrville Road to visit the Ridge for lunch and access to Augusta Vin winery. Price was right for budget conscious."

"Everything was great especially the free breakfast and just the property itself. So well maintained and very peaceful."

"Everyone is super nice! We traveled with a service dog. They do allow family pets. Someone next to us had a dog that was maybe left by itself, it would cry and bark all night….making our dog stir around….that isn’t the staffs fault, however, wish they would have said something to that dogs owner. The rooms appear clean, just very small!"
