Amazing family hotel,,, super clean,,, lovely restaurant on site,,food is beautiful, pool is gorgeous,, staff are amazing and professional. Felt like I was on a proper holiday,,, cannot say a bad word about this hotel, will be back,,,, from a very happy Irish couple.

Beautiful building with some exquisite tiling and furnishings. Well located close to the beach and 20 minute sea front walk to the Medina.

The Riad was fantastic. Old world charm with all the modern amenities. Rooms, linens, etc., were all great. But what really set this property apart was the service. Everything from checkin to checkout was meticulously taken care of by the Riad72 staff. Reservations, suggestions, hammam/massage and most importantly really making our 8 year old feel included;) Can’t wait to come back to Riad72 and can’t recommend it enough for anyone venturing to Marrakesh.

We were very disappointed, while checking out , they tried to charge extra than what was agreed at time of booking.originally the gentleman tried to pass it off as taxes , which were included in the cost at booking and then he tried to say it was because of the exchange rate , which again had been done at time of booking .only when I asked to see the manager , that he seemed to have solved the issue , and was only charged what was agreed upon at booking. A great little Riad - only 4 bedrooms, in the oldest part of the Medina - be prepared for narrow streets. The Riad was super quiet, yet really convenient for all the sites. The staff were super helpful - especially Hassan and Adil. They really made our stay a success

This was one of the best hotels we have stayed at. They have a great kid's club and the food is fabulous. Great service and fab room. We will be back
