I much preferred staying in Alkmaar and commuting to other locations when necessary as opposed to staying in loud and dirty Amsterdam. Owners were friendly and helpful. Next time I'm in the Netherlands it will be my first choice of place to stay."

"House was located right on one of the canals. Everything you could need is withing walking distance. Simon is a great host and met us on location to show us around the rental and how things worked. House was very charming and very comfortable for the two of us. Would stay here again if in the area!"

"Excelente y rápida respuesta del host. La casa es muy pequeña, éramos cinco, y como q faltaba espacio. pero bien ubicada. La rentamos principalmente por la lavadora, pero no tiene secadora. Deberían ir juntas. No tiene enchufes en la cocina, solo unos enchufes falsos, ni microondas. Lo que hay es muy básico pero en buenas condiciones. "

"Sehr schöne kleine Ferienwohnung mit besonderem Charme durch die Dachterrasse. Alles da, was es braucht. Trotz der zentralen Lage kaum Stadtgeräusche, lediglich die Glockenspiele sind auch nachts zu hören. Das Schlafzimmerfenster ist nicht zu öffnen, es gibt nur einen kleinen Lüftungsschlitz. Sowohl da Bett als auch das Schlafsofa sind sehr bequem!"
