"Die Unterkunft liegt in der Ortsmitte, deshalb gab alles in direkter Nähe. Es ist trotzdem eine ruhige Gegend. Die Unterkunft hat einen kleinen Hof und bietet da Parkplätze gegen Bezahlung an. Öffentliche Parkplätze gibt es auch hinter dem Hof. Die Zimmer sind klein aber sauber und mit dem Nötigsten ausgestattet. Das Personal ist nett und zuvorkommend. Der schoorlse Apfelkuchen im Kaffee ist zu empfehlen. "

"Das Hotel war in Ordnung, die Lage top, ganz nah am Stand. Das Zimmer war klein, aber ok, leider extrem hellhörig, so dass man in der Nacht oft geweckt wurde. Das Frühstück war an sich ausreichend (ich als Veganerin hatte eine Sorte Brot, Margarine, Tomate und Gurke, Marmelade und Sojajoghurt), aber das Obst war zum Teil nicht mehr gut (Trauben waren verschimmelt, Obstsalat hat sehr alt und angegammelt geschmeckt) und meine Schwester meinte, auch Käse und Wurst haben verdorben geschmeckt. "Wir hatten schöne Tage in der Unterkunft, aber der erste Eindruck mit den 2 Pflegebetten in den Doppelzimmern musste erstmal „verdaut“ werden. Hier sollte in der Zimmerbeschreibung näher darauf eingegangen werden. Ansonsten war alles gut und ist weiterzuempfehlen."

"The hotel is tucked away in Bergen, which is a very beautiful little high-end village near Alkmaar, The Netherlands. We stayed only for one night -- 17 hours to be precise -- as part of a larger group gathering. The group dinner was held at the hotel, and it was outstanding and highly recommended. Staff are nice. We had booked a room for two persons. Our room clean and with two windows overlooking a beautiful courtyard, but it was rather small -- about two feet on one side of a queen-size bed and a three-feet-band passage on the other sides -- with rather minimalistic furnishings and space. We had no room and place to put our luggage or unpack the immediate necessities. If we stay there again, we will definitely urge for a larger room. "
