"Well managed and very attentive to guests stay."

"This was a gorgeous room and really lovely property. The village is very cute, the staff was extremely friendly and gave lots of suggestions. The room was clean and the bathtub is both functional and decorative. I’m glad there was a stand up shower as well that was separate from the tub. It was extremely quiet and felt like a tiny house. The downstairs area was a tiny living room and felt like home. Absolutely loved this room and would gladly stay here again!"

"Very unique little boat, in a beautifully quiet marina, nice little spots to eat and drink in walking distance"

"Great stay, communicative host"

"This is a lovely apartment home in a quaint village just outside of Amsterdam. Second floor has a kitchen with everything you need, one bathroom, and primary bedroom. The third floor has two bedrooms with two twin beds each. The apartment has big windows and felt light and airy. Apartment was updated and clean, communication with the host was excellent, and the village was lovely to walk around. This is close to Amsterdam and surrounding areas. We rented a car for our trip but there were buses...

"Loved listening to the bell tower and watching the sun rise and set from the patio."

"Very warm and welcoming, feels like you are at home, breakfast in the conservatory looking over the lake hosts were very attentive and served a different, high quality breakfast each day"

"Very scenic area. Close enough to Amsterdam and still a quaint place to stay."

"We've stayed in B & Bs all over the world, but this has to be one of the top we've ever visited. The cottage was spotless, the gardens lovely, the location ideal (quaint and peaceful yet very easy access to Amsterdam) and the hosts, Klaas and Marianna, were as good as they come - friendly, responsive, excellent communicators, and just wonderful people. Highly recommend! "

"We had a wonderful stay with Deep and Julie on their Catermeran. We enjoyed some wonderful sailing and anchored near an Island for the night. We had a lovely evening sharing stories over dinner and watching the sun go down! I was impressed how warm and cosy the boat was and how well we all slept! Waking up surrounded by nature and beautiful scenery in the morning was very special and we enjoyed basking up the sunshine before setting sail. It was a great adventure for both children and adults...

"Such a lovely Place to stay in a varied surrounding. "

"Great town, great stay."

"We certainly enjoyed our stay at the houseboat. Monnickendam is a cute little town with a nice market, shops and restaurants. Just a 10 minutes walk to the bus stop into Amsterdam - very convenient. On the houseboat you find everything you need. Perfect spot in the evening is on the rooftop. Our host provided us with a very warm welcome. Communication was easy and very pleasant. Getting used to the dry toilet is a little challenge - there are „normal“ toilets in the main building."

"Immer wieder"

"We had a great time. The House is wonderful and equipped with everything you need."

"Das Haus liegt in einer ruhigen, grünen Umgebung und perfekt zum Entspannen. Die Kommunikation mit den Gastgebern war freundlich, schnell unkompliziert."
