"I had a great stay at this hotel! Everything was super clean, and the staff went above and beyond to be friendly and helpful. I really appreciated the person working the evening shift, he was busy helping other guests when I called, but he took the time to call me back, leave a message, and make sure my request was taken care of. The breakfast attendant was also incredibly friendly and welcoming. I usually skip hotel breakfasts, but I was genuinely surprised by how good everything was. Great quality and a nice variety. I’d definitely stay here again!"

"It’s a casino hotel. If you like casino hotels you will like it. If you don’t like casino hotels then you won’t. They manage to keep the smoking smell as mild as possible in a place that allows smoking, the staff are nice and helpful and the place was very clean. My only critique would be that it would be nice to have a Native American museum or learning area as it’s a Native American casino. If you didn’t know state laws about gambling you’d think Reno just built a casino smack dab between Roseville and Lincoln. "
