"We had a wonderful time in Krakow and Metropole hotel. The staff were brilliant, so helpful in terms of advice and help with luggage. The hotel is convenient for the Jewish area, the old town and transport links (Train and trams) Breakfast was good and we enjoyed cocktails during happy hour. The rooms were kept spotlessly clean and the rooms were quiet. "

"What a beautiful hotel in a perfect location near old town square, many restaurants, historical sites, museums and right in front of the building of culture and science. The room was super clean and spacious. We ate at the restaurant and food was delicious. The customer service was simply the best. I highly recommend this hotel. I loved my stay here."

"The staff was great room was huge we had a king and a single and it fitted easily if you open the window it’s a bit noisy at night if possible choose away from the Street.Breakfast was delicious very high quality.
