The only minor critique is that the restaurants seem a little under staffed. All in all, if you can splurge, go for it. It's worth it. "

"NH is a well-known hotel chain, and we've stayed with them in other cities. This was our first time in Montevideo. The location is excellent. It faces the riverfront with a great view, and being in the historic district, it's within walking distance of the main attractions of the Old City. The hotel is in good condition, with very good beds, comfortable, and very clean."
