"The staff overall were helpful and nice. The breakfast on one side is very nice; however the “tour group” side is nasty. Do not let the lady at the front push you in with the tour group. We were directed to that side and it really was not worth what I paid for the breakfast. I attempted to get the desk to fix the problem, but I had to catch a train….no refund for the breakfast ever came through on my bank card."

"The hotel is just a place to sleep, it is not close to very much. There are a few restaurants, grocery chain, self use laundry facilities and a couple of metro/train station that are all in walking distance. The cleanliness was decent, breakfast was ok with some choices to pick from. I was staying with my wife and two older children while visiting Paris for seven days, the hotel and price were decent but if you spend more per night and be closer to the city than I would do that. "The room is small, the bathroom is too, but the biggest issue we had was they refused to turn on the air conditioner. It was at least 20 c outside and 23c inside. Opening the window helped for a bit but it is an airport so had to close to cut the noise to sleep. We were told they only activate the a/c in the summer. They need to realize climate change is a thing and let the customer choose their own comfort level. "

"Good location near metro for access to Paris. Underground parking (€20/night). Very hot in room (4 people, 10th floor). Sofa bed ok. Super little restaurant ‘Melting Pot’ nearby."

"For an overnight economical near airport stop this was ideal for us, easy 1 or 2 subway stops to airport, cdg 1 or 2, clean basic room, showers are bit on small size but plenty of hot water. not much around but dining available at sister motel next door. "
