Charming boutique hotel in a convenient location in 10th arrondisement, within walking distance of/ short cab ride to Gare du Nord and Gare de Este, as well as being very close to metro; several bus options as well. Very quiet despite being in a busy neighborhood. Cosy and well arranged room, although on the smaller side. Very friendly staff, decent bar and dining in hotel, plus plenty of options nearby. Very good breakfast

It was a really well designed space. The room wasn't big, but there were all these lovely shared space areas to use. My only complaint is that I'm not a smoker and would have my beautiful window open to the courtyard. People are allowed to smoke there (of course( and it would waft into my room which was on level 1.

This was an amazing hotel in a cool, vibrant area of Paris. My girlfriend and I stayed there for 5 nights, and it was a peaceful paradise in such a busy city. The room was very clean and spacious, and the shower and bathroom were wonderful. The shower was so relaxing I could have stayed in there all day. The highlight of this hotel was the staff; they were so helpful and friendly. Would stay there again in a heartbeat.

Nice hotel close to Gare de l’est. Some staff were great. Breakfast is good and you can sit in a beautiful courtyard. Room was good, big, and well laid out. There is a large lounge area. The hotel is off the beaten path and while there was some good stuff nearby, it was not a neighborhood we would choose to return to.

Really comfortable and pretty good size bedroom. No noise at all, and the air conditioning was impeccable. I stayed during the hottest days of the heat wave and my room was so cool and dry, incredible. The common area feels more like a coworking space rather than a cosy hotel lobby, but it's just fine.

The hotel itself overall was very good. It was well maintained, renovated and clean. The rooms were big enough and they have AC. The only negative review that I can give about this hotel is its location. The neighborhood it is in is not a good neighborhood, especially during the nights you have to walk-through some questionable areas.
