"Beautiful property but to get to it and out you have to take narrow street which is 2 ways but fits one car, so we had to back up or vice versa to let a car through. Amenities were below par, small things like - no shampoo - dirty kettle to warm up water - no cream for coffee which was only decaf Felt understaffed as I had to go to the kitchen twice to get attention to get food or drinks. No one at reception most of the day. Limited food options at the restaurant."

On the positive side, we found that although it didn’t say they didn’t have 24 hour front desk, when we arrived at 4 o’clock in the morning, someone woke up to allow us to check in. "This hotel is in a stunning location 10 minutes outside Grazelema. We rented a car to tour and hike in the area, and the hotel is well located. The pool is lovely and views from the hotel are spectacular. The staff were friendly and helpful. We had a room opening onto the garden - it was simple but absolutely adequate. A large buffet breakfast is included in the room price. A la carte dining is available throughout the day and evening, and there is a buffet option for dinner as well. We found this to be a plus as it gave us the option to dine in after a day of hiking. "
