"wonderful hotel right in the middle of old town Ljubljana, close to everything. Helpful staff, first class rooms, super breakfast. Yes, it's expensive, but really worth it!"

"Beautiful and perfect location. Very nice staff, great breakfast, and loved the free canoe rental. The balcony in our room overlooking the lake was amazing."

"It was right in the middle of things. Great atmosphere, restaurants, shopping…etc"

"We loved our stay. Great location and helpful staff."

"Fantastic hotel. Close to everything in old town. The staff were super friendly and very helpful. Breakfast was great, and the dining room was a great place to unwind after a big day."

"Nous avions réservé au Galleria mais celui-ci étant en rénovation, nous avons été accueillis à l'Hôtel Heritage ( même propriétaire). Communication parfaite avec l'hôtel. Super accommodant pour nous loger dans des conditions supérieures à notre réservation d'origine. Très bel hôtel dans la zone piétonne. Belle chambre. Personnel accueillant et très aimable. Nous recommandons chaudement."

"This is a very cool place because it’s a historical building. Great location to visit the city center. Unfortunately the property feels rundown. Needs a bit of investment in new sheets and amenities for the rooms."

"The views were to die for, the interior was so classical and beautiful. So much art and old paintings everywhere. The food was incredible!!!! Best hotel breakfast I’ve ever had. And the spa amenities were so nice. What a perfect relaxing getaway."
