"The property was in a quiet location just south of Kona downtown. Within 1.5 miles of Kona downtown and multiple eating options. We did not enjoy the parking! Depending on where you parked in the same parking lot (under the Blue signs or under the Black signs ) you either had 90 minutes free with validation of parking at a restaurant or a 50% off QRS Code which was $7.49 for 1 hour at a restaurant with the 50% QRS Code! Ridiculous! Because of Parking alone, it is most likely our LAST trip to Kona and the Big Island!!!! "

"The property was gorgeous! The pool was very nice and the lava hot tub was so neat!!! I highly recommended staying here after visiting the Volcano National Park!!!! We got up the next morning and sat on the black sand beach with the sea turtles right next to the Sea Mountain! Our condo was super nice and clean! I only wish we would have stayed more than one night! My next visit I will stay my whole vacation her!"
