"We enjoyed our three night stay here in Auburn. This charming efficiency had everything we needed and is within easy walking distance to everything in Auburn. There is a full sized refrigerator, a stove, microwave, and excellent coffee maker. The bedroom was cozy and comfortable. A really large parking area is a plus."

"The location is beautiful, walked in the morning around the property, close to Skaneateles and family on Otisco lake. Sara was responsive, easy checkin with late arrival. Place was clean, airy, comfortable bed, quiet. Thank you once again!!"

"We had a wonderful stay! The place was clean, spacious, and exactly what we needed for a comfortable family getaway. The layout worked perfectly for our two families, and we were so happy to find a pet-friendly spot that welcomed our dog. The air conditioning kept the space cool during a hot weekend, and everything was just as described. Great location in Ithaca and an easy, enjoyable stay overall—we’d come back!"

"I got lucky and got the junior suite, it’s in its own building in the back. Used to be a garage, the owner converted into a cute little place, with a small kitchenette. The only thing I would suggest is having a peep hole since I was by myself in the back, and or a screen door. I used the laundry room, which you can get quarters from the front desk. The price is reasonable and very close to the campus. "

Best breakfast in NY State!

"Had an excellent stay at this hotel and, after a week traversing NY State, I can say for definite it was our favourite hotel. It’s nice not to be in a ‘branded’ hotel and with that you get much better service, a truly great breakfast that put those served in much more expensive hotels to shame, and a super comfy bed giving me the best sleep for weeks. Would definitely come again and recommend to anyone considering a reasonably priced room on the Ithica area. "
