"Had a wonderful time plugging out of technology and into nature in it's purest form. Property was clean and as listed with all stated amenities. Pet friendly. Host was attentive. They had excellent response times for any necessary questions. 10 out of 10 will be going again"

"Outside of the hotel looked very rundown but the inside was very nice. There was a very shady person lurking outside by the door that made us feel unsafe. When I went to check in no one was there even after ringing the bell. Someone was there after I brought our luggage in though. The fourth floor smelled heavily like weed even though there were signs everywhere saying no smoking. Our room was very nice. Bed was uncomfortable for me personally but not for anyone else."

"Great place to stay. The house was clean, comfortable, and had all the amenities we needed. We had a great time with family and kids, everyone enjoyed it. Thank you for a wonderful experience, we would definitely come back again."

"The fan was essential in keeping the heat down from the loft area. It worked very well. Our purpose for being in the area was pancake breakfast, trip to PA for shopping and a quiet weekend. Mission accomplished. Peaceful setting over looking the Genesee River especially if you like woodstove and fire pit."
