Even after ringing the bell, took quite a while for someone to show up. One visit to the desk was because we ran out of tp and were only there 1 night. There was no extra roll in the room. Another was because TV didn't work, just fuzz. Given a vague explanation of how it worked but were only able to get one channel to...

Imagine getting the same kind helpful assistance in the morning before leaving for my family’s holiday's celebrations, and again upon returning later that night! "
