"Really nice place to stay--very clean and comfortable. The staff is consistently helpful and friendly. We felt valued and welcome. Best hotel hot breakfast I've ever had. When we inadvertently left a small item in the room's fridge, the housekeeper tracked us down in the parking lot and returned it. There are actually containers for recyclable items on every floor. This place does everything right and is our favorite place to stay,"

"Room was very clean. The front desk checkin was very easy and I really liked the staff, everyone was going above and beyond to make sure we had everything for the stay. I liked that the front area had a variety of snacks if you needed anything. The hotel was convenient off the highway and convenient for our trip to see a AHL game. McDonalds and Dunkin Donuts are right next door which was handy. "

"Our stay was excellent! The staff was very professional, courteous and kind. My husband and I were in Syracuse for a funeral, and the front desk representative was extremely hospitable, making sure my family was comfortable as we gathered in the lobby near the fireplace with our extended family after the funeral service. The hallways were quiet, and we had a very restful sleep. Our rooms were very clean and comfortable. Furniture was outdated, but it was not a problem for us. There was evidence of many other upgrades in the lobby: a fantastic coffee machine with complimentary coffee 24 hours a day. The breakfast was great and plentiful. Overall, we enjoyed our 2-day stay and if we need accommodations in Syracuse again, we will go back there! "
