"Amazing property and staff. Great backdrop from room. I highly suggest getting a main floor room!"

"Perfect place to stay "

"Amazing property so close to Paris yet felt like a stay in the countryside. Charming young family run establishment, complete with dog, goats, chickens and donkeys. Well appointed guest rooms, hearty breakfast accompanied by the sounds of children getting ready for school! I felt like I was at home."

"An excellent base for a nearby wedding, supermarket across the road, staff very friendly. Was more like a motel but clean and very friendly"

"Arrived past check in time to the property at 9:00pm and the staff was nice enough to stay for an additional charge. I'm a mid 20s high maintenance American girl and I would love to stay here again."

"Logement très correct et bien entretenu. Idéal pour un événement en petit comité, j'y ai fêté mon anniversaire sans aucun stress. Tout l'équipement nécessaire était à disposition. La communication avec l'hôte était parfaite."

"Nicolas, the contact person, was excellent—very kind, attentive, and always responded immediately. The little house is small but spotless and very well maintained. We felt very comfortable and truly satisfied with both the property and the management. A highly recommended experience!"

"Logement très agréable et très bon accueil. Rien à redire."

"A nice house located in a lovely quiet village, about 20 mins from Disney. Very spacious and has all you need for a pleasant stay. The terrace was ideal for breakfast/lunch dinner, with a nice lawn for kids to run around. Easy ample parking. We (6 adults and two children) had a great time here and was really easy to travel to Disneyland Paris."

"Beautiful older style property, quiet with great character and charm. Easy check in and out .Perfect base for Disneyland and French countryside. Plenty of space and well equipped.Very pretty courtyard gardens and plenty of outside seating.Would recommend for those with slightly older children and teenagers due to stairs to living accommodation Would definitely return in the future "

"Nous avons loué la Villa la Gravière afin de célébrer notre mariage avec nos invités, nous avons, ainsi que les invités, grandement apprécié l'ensemble des équipements et prestations fournis par la Villa ! L'équipe des Villas Feriaud a été super tant dans la communication que dans l'accueil. Nous recommandons grandement ce lieu !"

"We really enjoyed this placeThere were 3 adults and it was big enough for 3 with a beautiful patio and comfy living room couchWe had fun"

"Everything about this house was a delight! The communication was second to none, and the arrival process was so easy. The house itself was immaculate, and the lovely touches that made it so Christmassy! We really appreciated it. The house is so close to Disney that it makes it a perfect way to explore and then get back out of the craziness. The house looks even better than the photos and we would definitely stay here again"

"Super "

"We found the house was a comfortable base for our stay visiting Paris for the Olympic Games. It is conveniently located only about 15 minutes drive from Tournan-en Brie which is on two RER lines which take you into the centre of Paris in 30-45 minutes. The house is well equipped and stayed cool during some very hot weather. The welcome was friendly and efficient giving us all the information we needed. The only negatives were the dampness of the atmosphere in the house, this is probably related...

"Ideal for area that we visited, only 35 minutes from Disney, 20 minutes from the Lion park, 25 minutes from Provins. House is on a small complex of converted farm buildings very quiet out in the country. Free use of the indoor swimming pool. Will visit again "
