The staff are wonderful and the restaurants serve beautiful dishes, my favourite was the Italian restaurant. I will be back in 2027, and I will stay longer than 3 days as the experience was truly unforgettable."

The staff were super friendly and kind, and the balcony and rooftop were beautiful. I enjoyed spending time there. At the end of my stay they even gave me a hotel bag as a gift. It was such a sweet gesture, especially because I actually needed one haha Overall my experience was amazing. I felt great there and I would stay again for sure if I return to Hanoi.
