This hotel is top end. The service is world class and the desk folks speak english. If I could give it 8 stars I would. There 3 Resteraunt's on site and a spa. The rooms were excellent size, w marble everything. You will not be disappointed coming here.

We were not reall in Hai Phong we went directly to the harbour from Hanoi but on board Era cruises was definitely a high lite

Go for the national park and rain forest and LAN Ha bay sight seeing. Cat Ba town is noisy and has extensive construction.
