"My stay was amazing. Got proper rest after a long day. The lady at the reception (forgot her name ) was so sweet and amazing . All I remember, she was from Fiji if I am not mistaken. She ordered food for me from Uber eats by using her personal account and paid for it. She was so generous, didn’t even want to accept money from me for the food. She even asked me if the food was okay. To be honest nowadays you don’t get this type of treatment in most of the places. I hope this review reaches to the hotel managers and appreciate her efforts and hardwork. "

"The Hotel was amazing and all the staff are very friendly.Travelled to Auckland with my wife and daughter to see Ed Sheeran in concert and the location was just great with access to the motorway so close and a short drive to Go Media Stadium. The rooms are very spacious and clean and can say it probably the nicest Hotel we have stayed at and very family friendly"
