"The ocean is right off the resort. Family friendly offering many amenities for families. Location is convenient for shopping, dining, exploring, and relatively easy commuting for attractions nearby. Lots of parking available including a large parking garage and a lot. Responsive staff when in need of something. Really enjoyed the ice cold water available at no cost in and out of the resort to hydrate their clients. Our 2nd time visiting this resort, one of our favorites when visiting OC. "

"Great location, quiet street. My kids loved the indoor pool and hot tub. The breakfast was a little crowded, felt like we were standing on top of people as they were eating while waiting in line to grab our breakfast. Hotel staff couldn’t have been friendlier when we arrived. Loved this for a last minute get away! "

"I didn’t know I was a VIP access until I check out they told me I had a $45 bonus to spend there but nothing else. I don’t know if VIP included early access to the room that I noticed they had because they offered me for $50 So I don’t know what VIP include "
