"Mere words cannot express the absolute travesty that occurred after we checked out at the garage directly across the street. We simply could not get out and help came through the call box, most likely NOT nearby, although the guy in the box said “he” was Coming down. Where from? The hereafter? Such a buzzkill on an otherwise lovely stay."

"Stayed in room 118. I did not know this was an ADA room so the bathroom especially was very strangely laid out. The bed was fantastic and the room size was great, but we seemed to be right over the dumpster area so at 4:30am when the dumpsters were rolling in and out we were wide awake! Other than that rude awakening everything else was super nice! Thanks for the wine!"

"Not the newest or most updated in comparison to other hotels in the area but it’s centrally located and great value for the money. The staff are super friendly and helpful. I absolutely recommend the hotel to anyone going to Portland."
