Property is a little run-down, but rooms were clean and comfortable. Price of the stay is great, considering you get a deluxe room, hot breakfast, and a pool facility for $100. Also very close to restaurants and Lakeside Mall. Will definitely stay again.

The hotel is modern and spotless, the staff are friendly, and the rooms are huge. So many hotels make you feel cramped, but the room I had was massive and included a huge desk, a couch with coffee table. The TV was much larger than I expected, I could actually enjoy laying in bed watching it. I can't believe the hotel is this cheap, it was nicer than a holiday Inn I stayed at the night before and more than 50 dollars cheaper.

Such rude staff. Absolutely horrible upkeep on breakfast…even after getting there early in the breakfast time. Cereal but no milk, waffle machines with no batter, juice machines with no juice. Staff didn’t care. Was told we had to knock on the employee door to get breakfast service. Rude rude rude. Never again will I ever stay here

Staff was friendly and rooms were clean. We got a queen bed when we reserved a king bed and there were no scrambled eggs at breakfast but we would stay here again.

Friendly staff at check in. Staff helped get more water for hot chocolates after swimming :) quiet halls that didn't smell, parking lot was clean, no unsavory people hanging around. Room clean and got personal note from cleaner Pam (good job!) Loved the mini soaps and microwave in room. Didnt like that there was a guy vaping in pool area but no staff there to seem

Staff was great! My room was nice and clean! The elevator was out during check in but it was fixed in a very timely matter so no inconvenience there at all.

The bathtub had a horrible spot that needed a deep cleaning. My sheets had 5 holes on them that was very terrible. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Day we were there, it was too many kids jumping all hours of the night. Try to put families on one area so not to bothers without kids. The room and sheets did not smell clean at all. It's like the beds were just made and sheets not changed.

We had a fantastic stay here. The staff was extremely friendly, it was clean, and the hot breakfast was great. I'm absolutely pleased considering the room was extremely affordable.

The bed was dirty the first time. The second room had a funny smell to it. The third room was very cleaned from the previous person. The fourth room had hair on the bed and crumbs. I will never go back to this hotel again.

Very disappointed went thru 3 rooms. First rom the lights didn’t work smh. The second wasn’t clean sheets had wholes and stains like they just flipped them over. They were on inside out lol. He third room was ok I couldn’t sleep comfortably ended up leaving at 330 ish am. You get what you pay for

The only issue was being on the 4th floor and the elevator was down over night but other than that great stay!

The staff were friendly and helpful and the beds were very comfortable. Overall the hotel was in good condition and provided a wonderful stay. My only comments are that the rooms could use a dusting and the bed sheets had holes in them. Overall a good stay
