"Perfect as always"

"I booked a room with 2 queen beds and got a room with 2 double beds instead. I tried talking to the manager and Expedia staff & I was told the beds are the ‘their queen beds’ and they can’t do anything about it. Terrible experience."

"The renovation is very poorly thought out. The room looks okay, but it is horribly impractical. There is no closet space at all - the only thing I can hang clothes on are Ikea pegs mounted directly next to the TV. No drawer space at all. I guess they expect me to put my clothes on the shelf under the sink. They re-used the desk lamps/outlets from the old room, including one that is mounted on the wall over the sofabed (for some odd reason). The shower head has the weakest water pressure - I would get more pressure putting my thumb over the garden hose. The only hooks in the bathroom are directly over the toilet paper holder, underneath two shelves of towels. The sofa bed mattress was so thin it felt like sleeping directly on bedsprings. I do not recommend."
