"They gave me an upgrade instead of the studio. I got one bedroom, but I don’t think it had the view that I signed up for my ocean view was like 45° still straight on the furniture was beat up. I put my shirts in the dresser and then put it on the next day and it had an odd smell. They need to put lavender or something in those drawers so I just left everything out. Fridge was awesome. Balcony was OK next-door. Neighbors were not very nice. The beach had a lot of seaweed. All about being said we did enjoy ourselves found a good restaurant across the street. Found some friendly people on the beach, chitchatting enjoying the sun and the sand and the water."

"It’s Florida and coming from Miami to Hollywood Florida…The staff are honest and very accommodating! PS they have done good work updating the property, but it takes the guests to keep it up….. clean after yourselves and be safe night time can be random weird things happening along the main road. But the property owners are always on site to address if anything. For me I was passing through…"

"Mi experiencia día fatal no por el servicio del hotel cómo tal sino por la poca accesibilidad del dueño de la propiedad. Hubo un error en mi reservación y aunque el hotel estucaba en la mejor disposición de hacer el cambio, dependían del dueño de la propiedad quien se cerró a la comunicación diciendo que lo deben hacer ellos en recepción y luego que lo tenía que hacer expedía. Me retiré antes de mi checkout, solo en quedé una noche de 3 noches que eran y no recibí ninguna solución ni devolución del dinero"

"Very nice property. Great location with minimal traffic, easy to get in and out of. The view was outstanding, you get the beach and the city skyline. Valet service was pretty good, but just know that you have no other option than to pay for valet service. The listing doesn’t tell you that it’s a requirement, so that’s a little deceiving. Beach service was good as well. They won’t allow you to sit on the beach chairs until 9am. We were there at 8:30 but you can’t sit on the chairs until 9. I’m recovering from knee replacement so I had to sit somewhere after the walk down. They said I had to sit in the sand right beside the chair until 9 and then I could sit in the chair. I thought that was pretty dumb. Other than that, they were very friendly and efficient."
