"Place is decent. It’s blocks from walking to a target. Not family friendly though, we got there on a Sunday and went up to have dinner and there was a huge loud party going on, couldn’t use the pool for our little one because of it."

"Place was fine. Wish tub had better drainage. Clean so would use again. Better instructions on locking and unlocking gate and doors would have also helped. Assumed door aitolocked when return but it did not"

"Overall, this was a very nice hotel that met our needs. We stayed one night before our cruise and we would stay again if we cruise again out of Miami or Ft lauderdale."

"Wonderful rooms, very spacious for a family of 4. Only problem is the elevators and how long the wait times were for them. Several times during our stay at least one to two elevators were out of service (out of 4). Keep in mind this is a 43-story condominium… we opted a few times to take the stairs from the 26th floor! Amenities were very nice, 2 outdoor pools with plenty of chairs. The beach was across the street, but they reserve 2 chairs and an umbrella per room. We would likely stay here again!"

"Lucia and her staff know how to take care of guests. Maybe firm and strict but business is business. Well kept old Floridian property. No molded smells. Very clean with wall a/c units. Not window units. Around you have all you need. Walmart/ Publix/shopping and everything Aventura and Hollywood circle offers. Next door is a grocery store with I believe European buffet. Things I never tried fresh and delicious. After 7pm 25% off and surprised when I came at that time it was fresh replenished high European quality buffet food. I give this an extra. Safe area with nice cars and no not noisy! Location location 🤔🌴🎶👍"

"Check in was 4pm but they didn’t have my room ready till 5:16pm then a gentleman staff member at the front desk told me I had to wait in the long line again even though I already did the pre check in I told him I just need my keys he rolled his eyes at me and said hold on he was annoyed with me but they are the ones giving me the room late he could have at least apologized for that but that didn’t happen and then he came back and gave me one key I asked if I could have two at least like every other hotel resort does and he said no they ran out. If he worked for me I would have fired him on the spot that’s unacceptable behavior towards guest. Anyone would have not liked that experience. Other than that the resort is beautiful and very clean the room was very spacious and the rest of the staff was amazing. Ps: to management you really should only have professional employees working that front desk. "
