"I feel like the property is a hidden gem. My family enjoyed it. A bar on site would be nice for the adults. Everything was very clean. Only gripe was I called the front desk about 3 times for housekeeping items and they never got delivered. Communication aspect needs improvement but overall I was happy with my stay."

"We didn't try the breakfast or hot tub. The room was satisfactory regarding cleanliness, and the staff was fine, but while the main building was really nice and the pool was great, the room we were put in was old and not remodeled. It had popcorn ceilings so low we could touch them without trying (and we're 5'4"). The paint on the walls was that old motel yellow. So the room was very disappointing despite that they showed remodeled, updated rooms on the website. Parking was outside the room but it still cost either $30 or $40/night. "

"Bathroom had a ton of hair on the floor. Bed was super squeaky. At check in, the attendant was texting which extended the process an extra 5-10 minutes. "

"Pool and room was ok but I'am dissapointed for lack of clear communication between expedia and hotel, I pay 200$ for less than 14 hrs of hotel, I arrived at 6:00 pm and anybody told until pay for, that the water park close at 7:00pm so I did'nt enjoy nothing! and the check out was at 10:00 am as well. I ask for late check out and was impossible they said and the hotel was empty. So I feel that I waste my money. Plus they charge me 70$ for parking and taxes and expedia platform said it was 48$ so I dont understand"
