"This place was perfect, at least for me as a single traveler. The room isn't huge, but it has everything you could need. It's right in the middle of the Zona de Hospitales in Tlalpan. You access the hotel with fingerprint entry, and then a card to get into your specific room. It was super clean, and the staff was helpful and kind, despite my completely insufficient Spanish. No complaints whatsoever."

"You'll have to take transportation to get everywhere. Whatever you do DON'T take taxis; from my experience and other tourists I spoke with, they will overcharge you!!! I spoke to someone whose credit card was charged over 1,000$. I was trying to pay with cash and he kept insisting that I pay with a credit card. I had to leave the cash in the car and run off. I Uber'd to most places instead."

"My boyfriend and I stayed here for 5 nights while visiting family. The property is beautiful, the staff were helpful (especially with a package delivery), and breakfast was really good. The only downside was the bathroom door, it’s clear with a gap that offers zero privacy. I specifically booked this room for the “separate bathroom,” but the door design makes that pretty meaningless. We stayed in Room Rivera, right across from reception; the first night was noisy, but the rest were quiet. Location was convenient, a 15-minute walk to Coyoacán Market."
