"The property was very clean. The lobby was spacious and elegant. The Grounds were well kept. The corridors were wide and spacious. I love the light colors used. The rooms were clean and spacious. Housekeeping visited daily. The staff were friendly and helpful, from the reception to the housekeeping staff, the dining room staff, the porters at the front, even the groundmen who maintain the property, they were all friendly and helpful. The food was excellent and widely available throughout the day. The pools were clean. The property is kid- friendly. I observed that the children were very happy. All in all, my five days experience was very good. I loved it."

"My telephone was not working properly and I reported it on more than one occasion. I also arranged for Bell man to pick up my luggage at 4:30 AM and i was waiting until I had to take my luggages down the stairs to meet the cart at 5:30 when I eventually got through to front desk. Aside from that excellent customer service. Everyone was polite and respectful. I Love that!"

"The room was great and very clean. I enjoy my stay with you guys and planning for another vacation stay there. It was an enjoyable and fun time at the Royalton Negril. The staffs at the beach bar were fantastic, friendly, professional, polite and kind. Staff Adrian, Shantel and Selena were the BEST at the beach bar. Also, the staffs in the buffet area, breakfast, lunch and dinner were amazing. They were very friendly and kind. Looking forward for another vacation with all those lovely and beautiful beach bar staffs."

"We’ve been to other Couples Properties and always have had a great time. When we booked we did realize that it was “hurricane season”, but if i would have known that because of the low occupancy things would be different at the resort i might have thought twice about booking. First, not all the buildings were open. They said they were using the slow time to do some refreshing of some of the rooms. Our dinner choices at night were also limited due to the low occupancy (not all of the restaurants were open). A lot of the activities during the day didn’t happen. It took 3 calls to the front desk to have someone come and stock our mini bar. That being said, the beach is absolutely beautiful. The pool and swim up bar were great. For the most part the people were friendly. Our room was as expected. However it wasn’t really beachfront, it was more beach side view. I’m not saying that i wouldn’t go back, i just would go back at the end of August. I would like to see what the resort is like during the high season before i make my final decision."

"My stay at Blue Paloma was Fantastic and I would highly recommend . From the time I reserved my stay to departure …the whole process was professional and fine with great care by the hostess, Andrea & staff! Although my trip was bereavement; I felt so welcomed like Family by all at Blue Paloma! BIG UP to the entire Team , especially Conroy whose delicious and tasty breakfasts made our mornings even more delightful! A Gorgeous , clean and well maintained property by the diligent Owners ! I felt so at home . Just book and start your stay! You will be delighted 🇯🇲! The Lucea area is a Retreat and very picturesque ! On another note more rapid improvements to road infrastructure are needed thoughout the area to encourage and facilitate business in the area; especially after the recent advent of Hurricane Melissa ! ! I’ll be back ! Thanks & Kudos to Andrea, her Family friends and the Team at Blue Paloma for making my stay such a Delight!!"
