The South Bank Bistro was enjoyed for an evening meal. We used the Arena Leisure facilities and found the pool, sauna etc very good. Our only slightly less positive comment would be that our room was too warm and did not have A/C"

"Superb hotel, wonderful staff. Spacious, comfortable room. Excellent food in both Terrace Bar and Ivy Brasserie. Our room (416) had a Juliet balcony overlooking the gardens. Quiet and private. Being picky, I would say the room was a bit dark and the magnifying mirror in the bathroom was too high up for doing makeup ( aimed at someone 6’4” at least!)"
