"Breakfast was nice. I was surprised to find out that you could only get one hot dish per order at breakfast. I would understand this rule except porridge (which to be fair is a cereal) was considered one of the hot meals. Staff were lovely and food tasted very good so not a big issue overall. "

"Hotel was very central, but difficult to find due to new road layouts. Car park very difficult for manoeuvring bar and restaurant good. Staff very good, but we’re let down by a hotel booked taxi, so maybe consider finding more reliable taxi company as can reflect on hotel."

"EU 3 shuttle to airport terminal 2 for USA flights, every 30 min, from door of hotel. Better than Clayton as it is not from shuttle location near terminal 1. Room has a kettle coffee and tea."

"Expedia messed-up my reservation and gave four adults a single king size bed. Then the Expedia representative was unhelpful in curing the situation and then rude yelling at me. Beyond unprofessional. However, the receptionist at the hotel was so helpful and accommodating. She was so great! "
