"Restaurant staff was very friendly and helpful. Food is amazing. Front desk staff is professional and courteous. Also, we were given shuttle rides to the Campolongo Ski slope every day. Our driver is dedicated, friendly and so reliable, always there to take us to the slope, help with the skis or luggage. Overall a great experience. "

The only downside was the unexpected bill at the end of our stay, you are obliged to have have board however this does not cover the daily evening meal menu, we had to pay a rather large supplement which was a bit of a shock. "The staff from bellman to bartender to front desk were all gracious and lovely, going out of their way to be helpful. I dids not eat dinner but the breakfast and apres ski selections excellent and offered a lot of choices incl lox at breakfast, delicious fresh fruits. and cheese and meats and soup and pastries. fresh rolls and a salad bar after skiing. My room Was very clean and included a balcont with a great view of the Dolomites. Did not try the spa but everything is packed and ready for...

"This was our first time in Alta Badia and hotel col alto was perfect! The staff were very friendly and the room was clean and spacious. The ski room made storing your equipment very easy and was well organized. The wellness center had lovely saunas and a nice pool/jacuzzi - just what you need after a day of skiing. Breakfast and dinner offered a variety of foods and everything was delicious! The only thing was that they didn’t offer tap water in the rooms, so we’d recommend stopping by the...
