"Our stay at Oak Island was absolutely incredible! The villa was gorgeous with two beautiful patios to enjoy the stunning views of the marina and ocean. Having access to the amenities the resort offered was lovely, the grounds were absolutely spectacular. We enjoyed every minute of our stay and cannot wait to return someday!"

"The room was gorgeous in every detail, the owners have a great sense of style and they know how to create a comfortable experience. The location was great for convenience, shops and food in a nice little town, especially if you’re driving from Peggy’s Cove, stopping in Mahone Bay, then on to Lunenburg and beyond. The sauna was also a nice bonus. A friend of ours who lives in Halifax recommended we have dinner at Betty’s on the patio, and we were able to walk there in about three minutes from our cabin. The food and service and garden patio were delightful. Highly recommend Black Forest Cabins if you need a place to stay in Mahone Bay. The photos provided by the owners are accurate down to the small details."
