"The hotel staff were very helpful. Dinner and breakfast were excellent. The room was large and had nice bathroom. One single bed was very comfortable, the other sagged a bit. Some evidence of previous leaks on the ceiling. Tv in the room worked well."

"We’ve had a wonderful 4 day break. The bungalow is right in the loch with amazing views. Douglas was a fantastic host - he came to meet us when we arrived, took us around the property and showed us the games room, kayaks, life vests etc. The remote control stopped working for the TV - Douglas came really quickly to fix it and ended up giving us his TV!! Couldn’t do enough for us - really great host!!"

"Loved our stay here. We brought the dog along too. Room was spotless and the rest of the hotel. Staff were extremely kind and helpful. They went above and beyond with things such as advising about the local area, providing fresh food at the breakfast buffet, an iron and board when needed and even remembering our dogs name! The other residents were also delightful. The place was packed at breakfast in the morning and staffing levels easily covered the needs of all the residents. Breakfast was great thank you! We felt so welcome. We will be back."

"Comfortable beds, lovely view across Loch Long. Very well equipped - particularly the kitchen. A visit to Eir Sauna just 2 mins down the road was a definite highlight."
Beechwood is a fantastic retreat set in the beautiful village of Arrochar.

"We enjoyed a long weekend break in March and Beechwood was perfect. There are lots of walks very nearby should the weather be kind (which it was). The property was very well equipped, spotlessly clean and very comfortable. Highly recommended."
